I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few months ago and started taking Levothyroxine 0.100mg (100mcg) Caps. I've noticed significant improvements in my energy levels and overall mood, but I'm curious to hear from others if they've experienced similar benefits. For example, does anyone else feel like they've finally gotten their life back after being constantly tired? However, I've also experienced some side effects like muscle cramps and sensitivity to heat. I've checked the list of side effects and they aren't too concerning, but I'd love to hear if anyone else has had these issues. I've also come across people with other issues with their medication. I'm wondering if it's the medication or something else.

Is it just me, or does anyone else feel like the taste of the capsule makes it hard to swallow? I've started crushing the pills and mixing them with yogurt before bed.

This is a great thread! I'm new to this medication and I appreciate the insight. I'll definitely bring up the need for monitoring my progress with my doctor. I'm also curious about the dosage tinkering.

Any tipps on taking the pills at night? I've heard it can help with weight gain.

Always remember to report any side effects to the FDA as they have reported a lot of issues. You can find your closest reporting office online. When you report it, don't forget to let your doctor know as well.

I've been taking mine with food so I don't have any stomach issues. I never heard about taking them at night. I take mine at the same time because changes in my hormone level make me feel jittery and awful. It's a real daily task. I'm wondering if anyone has any tips to get the dose right.

I've had a slightly different experience. I started with a slightly higher dose and had some heart palpitations and tremors. My doctor reduced the dose, and now I'm feeling much better. I'm glad I took the time to monitor my progress and report back to my doctor.
