I recently started using Omvoh 100mg/ml 2x1ml Pf Pens to treat my moderate ulcerative colitis. The medication works by blocking IL-23, a protein involved in inflammation, which has significantly improved my symptoms. However, I'm curious to hear from others who have used this treatment. What side effects have you experienced? How has it impacted your daily life? Also, I'm interested in knowing how long it took for others to see improvements. Please share your experiences and any tips you might have for new users.

I got really bad stomach pain after starting Omvoh. I had to stop using it. Has anyone else had this issue?

I've been on Omvoh for a year now, and it's been a rollercoaster. First month was brutal with flu-like symptoms, but after that, it's been pretty smooth sailing. Just keep pushing through the initial side effects, it gets better.

I know it’s scary, but from what I’ve read and experienced, the severe side effects are very rare. My doctor explained to me that most people only deal with the milder ones like joint pain or headaches. Always good to be cautious and report anything unusual right away, though.

I had a similar experience with severe stomach pain. Talked to my doctor and we switched to a different medication, Entyvio. It’s been a game-changer for me with fewer side effects.

I'm on my second round of Omvoh. The first time around, I experienced some nasty cold symptoms. Had to keep reminding myself that the side effects were temporary. This time, I'm prepared with plenty of tissues and cough drops!

I’m on week 4 of Omvoh and I can finally wear jeans without feeling like my stomach is going to explode. It's been amazing so far. Just be patient and give it time to work.

I've heard a lot of good things about Omvoh but I'm still hesitant to start because of the serious side effects. Has anyone actually had to deal with any of the really bad ones like allergic reactions or infections?

Omvoh has been a lifesaver! The injection site does get a bit irritated, but it’s minor compared to the relief I get from my symptoms. Plus, the nurse at the clinic showed me how to do it right and it’s so easy to do it myself.
