Palforzia is a game-changer for managing peanut allergies. Since my child started taking Palforzia Level 4 Capsules, I've noticed a significant difference in their ability to handle accidental peanut exposure. However, I've also heard about some serious side effects like trouble swallowing, chest pain, and shortness of breath. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced these or knows more about managing these side effects. How common are the side effects really, and what should we be doing differently?

Just curious: does anyone know if the side effects get worse as you go up the levels of Palforzia? I'm on Level 3 and I'm feeling pretty good, but I wonder what to expect when I move up.

I had some heartburn and trouble swallowing at first, but my doctor gave me some meds to help and it’s gotten a lot better. The side effect list is scary, but honestly, it's been manageable for me so far.

I started Palforzia a few weeks ago and I've had some really mild reactions but nothing too bad. My doctor said to just keep monitoring and that my body will adjust. I'm hoping it works out for me. Fingers crossed!

I saw in the side effects list that severe reactions are rare, but it’s still scary. I’ve been keeping an EpiPen on hand and making sure I know exactly what to do if my kid has a bad reaction. It’s a lot of vigilance, but it’s worth it to know they’re safer.
