I've recently started taking Tracleer 62.5mg Tablets for my Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) and I'm curious to hear from others who have tried this medication. How has it affected your daily life and exercise abilities? Have you experienced any of the side effects mentioned, like severe dizziness or fluid retention? I want to know if anyone has found effective ways to manage these side effects. Additionally, has anyone had any unexpected benefits or drawbacks from taking this medication? I'd love to hear your stories and compare notes.

I agree, the improvement in exercise ability is noticeable. I started with the 62.5mg dose but had to increase to 125mg for optimal effect. If anyone is just starting out, give it some time to adjust. The side effects can be tough at first, but my body got used to it.

I've had a couple of allergic reactions to other medications in the past, so I was really nervous about starting Tracleer. But so far, so good! No allergic reactions, just some mild nausea. Fingers crossed it stays that way!

I was actually prescribed Tracleer but refused to take it because of the known side effects. I couldn't risk it. Anyone else feel the same way? How else are we supposed to treat this condition? What other options are there?

I had a really bad experience with fluid retention. My ankles were so swollen I could barely walk. My doctor had to adjust my dose and add a diuretic. It's been better since then, but it was scary at the time.
