I've been prescribed Trifluoperazine 2mg Tabs for severe anxiety and I'm trying to gather more information. What have been your experiences with this medication? Has anyone else dealt with the side effects mentioned, and how did you manage them? Are there any tips or advice you can share about taking this medication? I'm particularly interested in hearing about any long-term effects or how it has impacted daily life.

My psychiatrist recommended cutting back on alcohol while taking Trifluoperazine. It made a huge difference in how I felt.

I've been on Trifluoperazine for over a year now, and while it has helped with my schizophrenia symptoms, I've noticed some changes in my eyesight. It's something to keep an eye on, literally and figuratively. I had to have a conversation with my doctor about it, but overall it helped me get back on track. I think it’s worth seeing a specialist about vision changes if you notice them.

I take 2mg and it’s a game-changer for my mood swings, but watch out for muscle weakness. It's worth it because it helps balance out my mood

I was on Trifluoperazine for a few months and it helped with my anxiety but the side effects were tough. I had dizziness and fatigue but it was worth it for the relief.

I've seen some mental and mood changes with Trifluoperazine before. I noticed some irritability, but it went away after a few weeks. Just monitor it and report it to your doctor.

I'm not sure if it's just me, but I've had some trouble sleeping since starting Trifluoperazine.

I've heard horror stories about tardive dyskinesia. Anyone else worried about that? How do you balance the benefits with the risks?

I've had trouble with severe dizziness. It made daily activities a challenge. I had to take some extra precautions to prevent falls and keep myself safe. Talk to your doctor about this side effect and see what accommodations you need to make.
