I take it in the morning, helps me remember. And I keep it by my toothbrush, so I see it every day. Also, drink plenty of fluids and watch out for sun sensitivity.
I switched to this from another BP med and had a bit of trouble with electrolytes at first. Kidney function is something to watch out for, especially with the diuretic component. Regular blood tests are a must!
I've heard this med can cause some bad reactions with other drugs. Just a heads up, make sure your doctor knows what else you're taking!
My mom took this and ended up with really bad swelling in her legs. Doc switched her to something else. Just sharing in case anyone else experiences this.
