Hey everyone, I've been taking Brukinsa 80mg for a few months now to treat my mantle cell lymphoma. It's been a journey, and I wanted to start this thread to share my experiences and learn from others. Brukinsa works by blocking a specific protein in cancer cells, which helps stop their growth and spread. I've had some side effects, but nothing too severe so far. I've been managing them with the help of my doctor. I'm curious to hear about other people's experiences with Brukinsa, especially regarding the side effects listed in the medication's description. How have you managed them? What advice do you have for someone newly prescribed this medication? Let's discuss!

One thing I've found really helpful is keeping a daily journal of how I feel and any symptoms I experience. It's made it easier to track patterns and discuss them with my doctor. Plus, it helps to have a record if something unexpected comes up. It's also nice to look back and see progress, however small.

My husband has been on Brukinsa for a few weeks now. We've had to deal with mood changes and muscle cramps. Weeks where his electrolytes were off the charts! It can be tough, but we're trying to take each day as it comes. Lots of rest and lots of snacks!

Oh boy, the vomiting was the worst part for me. I had to eat smaller meals more frequently and cut down on dairy. It got better with time and some lifestyle adjustments. Definitely worth it, though, to know that I'm getting better.

I've heard from a friend of mine that managing constipation from Brukinsa is key. Keep yourself hydrated and make sure you get enough fiber. I think the most important part is to listen to your body and communicate well with your doctor.

I'm glad I found this thread. Seriously, it’s good to know that I'm not alone in this. It helps to talk to others who know what it's like to be on Brukinsa.

I had to stop Brukinsa because of severe skin reactions. It was really scary at first, but once I got the proper treatment, it cleared up. I'm now taking a different medication, so it's not all bad. Just wish I knew more about the allergic reactions beforehand.

I'm giving Brukinsa a try after my last treatment didn't work out. Hoping for the best. Praying for everyone in this thread and their recovery.

Has anyone else experienced weird electrical signals in their body, felt shaky or experienced problems with balance? I can't seem to pin it down, but these symptoms started when I started Brukinsa. Kind of makes me wonder if I should talk to my doctor about this.

I've been on Brukinsa for about a year now, and I must say, the fatigue has been the hardest part for me. But it's definitely manageable with rest and a good diet. I've also had some muscle pain, but my doctor prescribed some meds to help with that, and it's been okay since. Still, I know everyone is different, so it's good to be aware of the side effects.
