I've been taking Fluvoxamine 100mg Tablets for about six months now for my OCD. I started taking it after my psychiatrist recommended it as a treatment. For those who don't know, Fluvoxamine is an SSRI used to manage obsessive-compulsive disorder and social anxiety disorder. It works by helping to restore the balance of serotonin in the brain, which can improve mood, sleep, appetite, and energy levels, and decrease anxiety and unwanted thoughts/compulsions. I've noticed a significant improvement in my anxiety levels and overall mood. However, I did experience some side effects, particularly during the first few weeks. I had dizziness, drowsiness, and some fatigue, but these symptoms gradually decreased over time. I also experienced some dry mouth and occasional nausea, but these were manageable. I've heard from others that the side effects can be more severe, so I wanted to share my experience and hear from others who have taken this medication. How have your experiences been? What side effects did you encounter, and how did you manage them?

If there are folks who are considering this medication, what do you want to know? Are there any specific concerns or questions you have about Fluvoxamine?

Oh my gosh, the headaches were the worst for me. I ended up switching to another SSRI.

Be careful with Fluvoxamine; it can interact with other medications. I had to stop taking it because it caused serotonin syndrome when combined with another drug I was on. Always consult your doctor before starting any new medication.

Can't sleep, feels too warm and shaky. I think it works but the side effects are brutal.

This medication saved my life. I had severe social anxiety, and Fluvoxamine helped me regain control. The side effects were there, but they subsided after a month. My advice is to stick with it if your doctor prescribes it, as it can bring huge benefits.
