I was recently prescribed Haloperidol 0.5mg Tablets to manage Tourette's syndrome and severe anxiety. I've been taking them for about a month now, and I've noticed a significant reduction in tics and agitation. However, I've also experienced some side effects like drowsiness and increased saliva production. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I'm curious to know how others have managed these side effects.

I was really worried about the side effects, but I haven't experienced any major issues so far. Just a bit of dry mouth, which isn't too bad. Fingers crossed it stays that way!

I've found that staying hydrated and eating well can help mitigate some of the side effects. Also, regular exercise has been a game-changer for me. Stay strong!

I took Haloperidol for a while and it helped with my delusions but not with my agitation. I had to switch to a different medication. Just wanted to share that. May be useful for others.

I've been on Haloperidol for a while now, and it's been a lifesaver for my schizophrenia. The side effects were tough at first, but my doctor adjusted the dose, and it's been manageable since. Keep in mind that everyone's experience is different, so stay in touch with your doc.

I hope your experience improves! Just remember, it's all about finding the right balance. Stay positive and keep communicating with your healthcare provider.

Yeah, the drowsiness is real. I had to switch to taking it at night instead of in the morning. It's helped a lot with that. Plus, the constipation was a hassle, but increasing my fiber intake solved that.

I've been reading up on Haloperidol and it seems like it's pretty effective for a lot of people. Just make sure to stay in touch with your doctor and report any side effects right away.

Haloperidol 0.5mg did not work at all for me. My doctor proposed a higher dose and now I am able to sleep.

I heard Haloperidol can cause some serious side effects. Is anyone aware of any extreme reactions that others have experienced?

I had a bad reaction to Haloperidol. I experienced severe headaches and changes in eyesight. I had to stop taking it immediately. I couldn't believe how bad my symptoms were after taking the medication.
