I've been taking Lotensin HCT 10/12.5 Tablets for a few months now, and I've had a mix of experiences. Initially, I felt some dizziness and fatigue, which was manageable, but I've recently had some concerning symptoms, like persistent cough and a bit of stomach pain. I've been trying to figure out if these are just minor side effects or something more serious. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I've also noticed some slight skin changes, and now I'm wondering if I should be more concerned about that. I've tried to find more information online, but it's overwhelming with mixed information. Has anyone here had extensive experience with this medication? I'd love to hear your tips and insights. Also, what steps did you take to manage any side effects you've experienced?

People need to report side effects way more often. Doctors probably don't even know how common these issues are because they don't hear about them! Ever since I had that scary allergic reaction, I've been reporting any side effect I get. If you ever experience anything similar, don't hesitate; get medical attention ASAP.

If anyone's had issues with this medication, consider reaching out to the FDA's MedWatch program. They are designed to track adverse reactions and can help us all by providing better data. It's easy to get overwhelmed, but the more information they have, the better they can help us.

Short question: Is it normal to feel super weak when you first start? Like, can barely get out of bed weak?

I had some severe dizziness when I first started, but it went away after a couple of days. Make sure you're drinking enough water, though! Dehydration can make the side effects much worse.
