I started taking Qsymia 3.75-23mg Capsules a few months ago, and I've seen some significant changes in my weight loss journey. The combination of phentermine and topiramate has definitely helped me feel less hungry and more full, which has made sticking to a reduced-calorie diet much easier. However, I've also experienced some side effects that I wasn't expecting. I've had a few episodes of dizziness and tingling sensations in my extremities, which can be a bit alarming. I've also noticed some changes in my taste preferences, which has been interesting but also a bit frustrating. Still, the weight loss has been worth it so far, but I'm keeping a close eye on these side effects. Has anyone else had similar experiences? Do you have any tips for managing these side effects? I'm curious to hear about other people's journeys with Qsymia.

I had to stop taking Qsymia because of the dizziness. It was making my daily activities really difficult. I switched to a different medication and I haven't had the same issues. Just be aware of how it affects you.

I don't get it. If it has a lot of side effects, wouldn't it be better to just diet and exercise? Anyone else feel the same way?

I started with the lower dose and gradually increased. I think that helped with the side effects. It took a couple weeks, but my body got used to it.

I had a really bad experience with Qsymia. My doctor put me on a lower dose, but the side effects were just too much for me. I had a lot of back pain, and it was ultimately not worth it. For anyone struggling, just remember to talk to your doctor. There are other weight-loss options out there.
