I've recently started taking One-Daily Multi Vitamins Tablets, and I'm noticing some unexpected changes. I've always been a bit skeptical about multivitamins, but I decided to give them a try. Now I could swear my energy levels are up. But I've also noticed a bit of an upset stomach from time to time, which makes me wonder if it's worth it. I've read about the side effects, especially related to iron, and it's got me a bit worried. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Or perhaps it's just my body adjusting? Are you taking it with or without food? I've noticed a big difference when I take the tablet with a meal.
You might want to check the label to see if your specific brand contains iron. If it does, the stomach issues could be due to that. Also, try taking it with food to see if that helps.
I had a similar experience with multivitamins. I ended up switching to a different brand and the side effects went away. Might be worth trying a different one.
