I've been taking Signifor Lar 60mg Inj 1 Vial for a few months now to manage my acromegaly, and I've had mixed experiences with it. On one hand, it has significantly reduced my growth hormone and IGF-1 levels, which has been a relief. However, I've been dealing with some side effects that are really starting to affect my daily life. I've had constipation, diarrhea, stomach pain, and even some dizziness. My doctor mentioned that these are common side effects, but I can't help but wonder if anyone else has experienced these issues and found a way to manage them better. Additionally, I'm curious about how long these side effects usually last and if they ever go away entirely. I've also heard about some more severe side effects, like gallbladder problems and changes in blood pressure. My doctor explained these but I want to hear from others who have dealt with them.

I’ve been lucky with the side effects I've had so far. I've had some hair loss which is annoying, but it's nothing compared to some of the other side effects people have mentioned.

I've been on Signifor Lar for a while, and the side effects have been a real challenge. I've had issues with high blood pressure, which has been pretty scary. I've also experienced some hormonal changes, which have been tough to manage. I've had to monitor my blood pressure regularly and make sure I don’t feel dizzy or faint.

I've been taking Signifor Lar for a few months, and the side effects have been pretty manageable. I’ve had some stomach pain and diarrhea, but overall, it's not too bad. I was worried about the more severe side effects like liver problems or gallbladder issues, but so far, I haven't experienced any of those. I've been lucky in the sense that I’ve only had common side effects like diarrhea, upset stomach, and fatigue which can be managed easily.

I started Signifor Lar about six months ago, and while it's helped manage my symptoms, the side effects have been tough. I've had issues with diarrhea, weight loss, and fatigue. I've also experienced some swelling in my arms and legs, which can be really uncomfortable. My doctor suggested some lifestyle changes to manage these, but it's still a struggle. I've also been super careful about monitoring my blood sugar levels since I've had some episodes of dizziness and sweating.

Used to be scared of the injection but got used to it quickly. The hard part was the pain, redness, and swelling at the injection site. Lotion and warm compresses helped a lot.

My partner has been on Signifor Lar and it has been tough. The worst part was the gallbladder problems and the pain was unbearable. We ended up having to go to the ER a few times.

I’ve had a few episodes of low blood sugar, but I've managed it by eating smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day. My endocrinologist also recommended I keep some glucose tablets on hand just in case.

Saw the title and thought about my dad... he had acromegaly and was on this for a while. Stopped it because of the side effects. The electrolyte problems were a nightmare. Dizziness was so bad he couldn't stand.
