Siladryl 12.5mg/5ml Allergy Liquid is an allergy medicine that helps relieve symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes. I've been using it for a while and so far no issues but I was surprised by the drowsiness. I've used it as a sleep aid once or twice. I have a friend who couldn't take it because of severe dizziness. I've heard that the side effects can be pretty significant. It makes me wonder if it's worth the risk for some people. Does anybody else have any experience with this medication? Have you tried other allergy medicines? I'm also curious about the reporting process for side effects. Has anyone actually reported side effects to the FDA?

I've had such horrible reactions to allergy medicine in the past. I'm so glad I haven't experienced any of these issues with Siladryl.

My best friend tried this and reported that they were feeling quite nervous. I know some drugs can have that effect, but this was the worst I've seen. It was so bad that they stopped taking it. It just goes to show you never know how you'll react.

I found Siladryl to be really effective, but I definitely felt less alert during the day. It's not worth it for me so I don't take it anymore. It's was too hard to focus at work.

I tried Siladryl for my seasonal allergies, but I had to stop because it made me feel so dizzy. I switched to Lortadine and haven't had any issues since. I think everyone reacts differently to these meds. It's always good to discuss with your doctor if you are worried. But be prepared for lots of testing and monitoring if you do experience bad side effects and have to report them to the FDA.

I've actually reported side effects to the FDA before for a different medication. It was a bit of a hassle, but I think it's important to let them know. I'm glad I did. Reporting can be a pain but I actually think they do a good job of responding and I was happy with the medical advice they offered.

I work in an office with lots of allergens and I'm always worried about taking allergy meds and the side effects so I really want to try this medicine but I also want to make sure I can make it to work. I do wonder about the allergic reactions, though. Has anyone had a really bad reaction to this stuff? I'm worried I might end up in the ER
