I think it's worth mentioning that Sildenafil isn't just for PAH. It's also used for erectile dysfunction, but the dosage is different. Just make sure you're taking the right dose for your condition.
I've been taking it for six months now. The headache and flushing are really manageable. I think my doctor should have mentioned headache and flushing might go away. I’m glad I was able to stick with it and get help for my PAH.

You might experience a bit of muscle pain and a stuffy nose. It's not uncommon. Just take it easy, drink plenty of fluids, and see if it passes.
I've been on Sildenafil for a year now, and it's been a game-changer for my PAH. The shortness of breath has significantly improved, and I can exercise more without feeling winded.
