I recently started taking Silenor 6mg Tablets to help with my insomnia. It seems to be helping me stay asleep, but I've noticed some side effects. I want to hear from others who have taken this medication. What side effects have you experienced? How did you manage them? I'm particularly concerned about the serious side effects and need to know if anyone has had any issues like allergic reactions or worsening of asthma.

I've been taking it for about a month now, and while I sleep through the night, I've had some dizziness and a bit of a headache during the day. I'm hoping this will go away. Has anyone else experienced these, and if so, how long did it take for them to subside?

I'm also curious about the long-term effects. I want to make sure this is a safe choice for me and would appreciate any insights from those who have been on it for a while.

I've heard some people talk about weight gain with Silenor. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm already struggling with my weight, and the last thing I need is for my meds to make it worse.

I've been on Silenor for a few months, and it's been a game-changer. No major side effects for me, just a bit of a dry mouth. Totally worth it for a good night's sleep.

Just started Silenor last week. No side effects yet, but I took half a dose just in case. I'm hoping this works for me because I'm tired of waking up every few hours!

I have asthma and was really worried about taking Silenor, but my doctor assured me it would be fine. I've been monitoring my symptoms closely, and so far, everything seems okay.

What is the best way to manage the side effects? My doctor suggested taking it at a lower dose, but I'm not sure if that will work. I don't want to deal with the side effects but I also don't want to be sleep-deprived.

I've been on multiple sleep meds and I've tried mixing and matching them, but I've never had issues with them becoming less effective over time but I've heard of that happening with others. Anyone have this experience with Silenor too?

My friend tried Silenor and had some crazy nightmares. She said they were so vivid and intense that she didn't want to take it again. Be careful out there!
