I recently started using Siliq (brodalumab) for my moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. So far, it seems to be working well in reducing the redness and itching, but I wanted to share my experience and get some insights from others who might be using this medication. If you're on Siliq, have you noticed any significant side effects? How do you manage the injection process? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Has anyone else experienced excessive sweating or muscle weakness as a side effect? I’m wondering if it's just me or if it's a common side effect. I haven't found much info on these symptoms.

I've had some issues with Crohn's-like symptoms, but my doctor says it's not uncommon for some people on Siliq. Just keep an eye on any bloating or change in bowel habits and talk to your doctor if anything feels off.

The injection site irritation is a real pain, but it goes away quickly. Worth it if you're really suffering from the psoriasis.

My skin issues are way better, but I'm pretty worried about the eczema-like symptoms. Anyone else go through that, or did it pass?

I wish I had known about the potential side effects before starting Siliq. I had a severe allergic reaction after my first dose and ended up in the hospital. It was scary, and I had to switch medications. If you're thinking about starting this, please make sure to read the list of side effects carefully.

I haven't had any major issues with Siliq, but I'm always skeptical about taking medications. What's the long-term outlook for people on this? Has anyone been on it for more than a year?

I’ve heard some people have to stop because of the side effects, but I think it’s worth it if it works. My skin is finally clear for the first time in years!
