Hey everyone, I've been prescribed Silver Sulfadiazine Cream for severe burns and I'm curious about others' experiences with it. I've read about possible side effects, but I'd love to hear from anyone who has used this cream. What were your experiences like? Did you encounter any of the listed side effects? Any tips for applying it or managing side effects would be super helpful!

I really wish there was a cheaper alternative. This stuff is pricey! 💸

You should probably ask your doctor about using a different cream if you're experiencing any severe side effects. Our bodies are all different and some people might have a hard time with this. Make sure to get checked out if you start to feel bad. Trust me, my wife almost died from this cream.

If you're using this, make sure to apply it as directed and keep the burn area clean. It's a pain, but it helps prevent infections. Plus, the silver compound in it has some serious antibacterial properties. Just be patient and keep up with the treatments!

You might want to switch things up a bit and get some sun. I've heard the Vitamin D can help with the healing process.

I had to use this cream after a bad burn accident. It worked well to prevent infections, but I did get some skin irritation after a couple of days. I spoke to my doctor and she told me it's normal and it should go away with continued use. Just keep an eye on it and if it gets worse stop using it .

This stuff saved my gramps life! He was badly burnt and all the doctors were saying he probably wouldn't make it. They put him on silver sulfadiazine cream and he pulled through. Be careful with it but it’s effective.
