Hey everyone, I've been prescribed Sodium Oxybate 0.5g/ml Sol 180ml for my narcolepsy, and I've been taking it for about a month now. It's been a wild ride! I've seen some improvements in my daytime symptoms, but I've also experienced a few side effects I wasn't expecting. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this medication. What have your experiences been like? What side effects did you encounter? How did you manage them? I'm especially interested in hearing about any unusual sleep-related effects, as I've had a few strange episodes. Anyone else dealing with the same?

I've been on Sodium Oxybate for a few months now, and while it has definitely helped with my daytime sleepiness, I've had some pretty intense side effects. I've experienced hallucinations a few times, which was really frightening. I also noticed some changes in my behavior, like feeling more irritable and having a hard time focusing. My doctor adjusted the dosage, and it's helped a bit, but I'm still not sure if the benefits outweigh the risks. Have any of you had similar issues? Did you switch to something else?

I'm on my fourth week and have experienced nothing but relief. I've never felt more alert and healthy, I can't believe it took me so long to try this medication. Stick with it, folks. The side effects are real, but they're worth it.

It's crazy how this medication can affect people so differently. I had some pretty intense side effects at first, but they've mostly faded now. Just be patient and stay in touch with your doctor. It's worth it.

Sleepwalking? Really? I thought that was just a myth!

Sodium Oxybate has been a game-changer for me. I've had narcolepsy for years, and this medication has finally given me some relief from the constant exhaustion. I did have some dizziness and headaches at first, but those faded after a couple of weeks. One thing I noticed was that it really helped with my cataplexy episodes, which is a huge plus for me. There were a few nights when I had weird dreams, but nothing too scary. If you're struggling, it might be worth giving it a shot.

It's so strange how differently people react to the same medication. I've been on Sodium Oxybate for a year and haven't had any major issues. Just the occasional upset stomach or abnormal dream, but nothing too bad. Keep in mind, everyone's experience is different, but it's always good to stay informed and report any serious side effects to your doctor.

I had a really bad allergic reaction to Sodium Oxybate. Within a few hours of taking it, I broke out in hives and had trouble breathing. I ended up in the ER, and they had to give me an epinephrine shot. It was terrifying. I'm really glad I went to the hospital right away, though. I've switched to a different medication now, and it's been much better.
