I've been using the Sodium Sulfacetamide 10% Sulfur 2% Cleanser (also known as Sodium Sulfur Urea Cleanser) for about three months now to treat my rosacea and acne. This topical cleanser contains both sulfur, which helps dry out and peel the skin, and sulfacetamide, an antibiotic. My dermatologist recommended it, and I've seen some improvements, but also some side effects. I'd love to hear from others who have used this, what your experience has been like, and any tips you might have. I've noticed some dryness and itching, which is expected, but I'm wondering how to manage these side effects. Also did you notice your pores unclogging? Any tips or experiences to share? I'd appreciate any advice on how to make the most of this treatment.

I use this in the morning, after I wash my face, I moisturize heavily with a pea-sized amount of Vaseline and then apply makeup. It's helped a lot with my acne and rosacea. I got these tips from Reddit and I thought it would be great to share with you

I've been using it for a month and I'm not seeing any improvements. I'm starting to wonder if it's even worth it. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I apply it as a face mask once a week. It's too harsh for daily use for my skin. I use it as a spot treatment for years now and it's been amazing. It's better for my skin because I can't use it every day. It's a good product and I'm glad I tried it.

Has anyone tried combining this with other treatments? I'm thinking of adding a retinol serum to my routine, but I'm not sure if that's too much for my skin.

I've been using it for a year and it's a game changer. My rosacea has improved so much, and it keeps my acne under control. Just make sure to moisturize a lot, as the dryness can be intense.
