I've been on Solifenacin for about six months now, and it's been a game-changer for my overactive bladder. I had a few rough weeks at the beginning with some dizziness and dry mouth, but those symptoms faded after a while. The constipation was a bit annoying, but increasing my fiber intake helped a lot. Overall, it's been worth it for me.
I tried it for a week and had to stop. The hallucinations were terrifying. My doctor switched me to something else, and it's been fine ever since.
I had a weird allergic reaction to it. Suddenly I got a rash all over my body, and my throat felt tight. Scared the heck out of me. I had to stop taking it immediately.
How long did it take for you to see results? I've been taking it for a week now and feel like nothing has changed yet.
Did you notice any improvement in your bladder control? I've heard mixed things about how effective it is.
My doctor warned me about the inability to sweat. He had me discontinue the medication. I had to find something else for my OAB.
I've had good experiences with it. I always take it with a big glass of water and it helps with the dry mouth. It took about three weeks to notice a big difference in my symptoms. Definitely worth sticking with it.
I'm surprised more people don't talk about the blurred vision. It was the worst for me, but it went away over time. I also got headaches from the constant dryness. I guess everyone's different.
I've been on this for a year now. The first few months were rough, but it got better. I noticed a significant improvement in my bladder control and haven't had any incontinence issues since.
