I heard Soma can be addictive. Is that true? I'm worried about becoming dependent on it.
I've taken Soma before and felt the same way. I found that taking it at night helped me sleep better and reduced the daytime dizziness.
I took Soma for a few days and then switched to physical therapy. The PT helped more in the long run and I didn't have to deal with the side effects.
