I recently started using Stelara 45mg/0.5ml Inj for my psoriasis, and I thought I'd share my experience. This medication has been a game-changer for me, drastically reducing inflammation. It's given as an injection under the skin, usually every 8 or 12 weeks after the initial doses, which is convenient. However, I've encountered some side effects like fatigue and nausea, and I wanted to hear from others about their experiences. How has Stelara worked for you, and what side effects have you noticed? Also, I'm curious to hear about how it works for other conditions like Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. I've noticed some rare but serious side effects mentioned in the literature, so I'm definitely on the lookout for those. Have any of you experienced anything like that? Any tips for dealing with the more common side effects would be greatly appreciated!

I've been on Stelara for a while now, and it's been a lifesaver for my psoriatic arthritis. The only side effect I've had is a bit of redness at the injection site, but it goes away quickly. Definitely worth it for the relief it provides.

I switched to Stelara after my doctor told me about the possible serious side effects of my previous medication. So far, I've only had mild side effects like headache and fatigue. I'm glad I made the switch, but I keep an eye out for any severe reactions.

My doctor said Stelara can cause skin lumps, but I've never had that happen. The confusion and vision changes are some serious ones but I've honestly only felt a bit of irritation from the drug.

I've been using Stelara for a few months now, and the best part is the long intervals between injections. Fatigue and muscle aches are a bit annoying, but they're manageable. I haven't had any severe issues yet, knock on wood!

I started Stelara last month and it's been a nightmare. I was really hoping for some relief from my Crohn's disease, but I got hit with pneumonia. I'm feeling better now, but it was a pretty scary experience.

I've had Stelara for a while, and I've dealt with flushing. It's annoying, but it's much better than the intense pain I had from psoriatic arthritis before.

It wouldn't happen to me, but if you get PRES, you should seek medical help immediately.

I had heard that Stelara is great for ulcers, but as a nurse, I've seen some people suffer from severe infections while taking it. Just keep an eye out for those symptoms and be proactive with your doctor. Really serious stuff can happen.

Stelara has changed my life for the better. I have Crohn's disease, and after using this medication, I haven't had flare-ups as often. Just be sure to watch out for those signs of allergic reactions. Had a friend get a hive and felt it was really scary.

I'm curious if any of you have had issues with the injection sites. I've noticed some irritation, not sure if it's normal. Anyone? Would this mean I'm allergic to it?
