Hey all, I've recently been prescribed Subvenite Strt Kit Green 25/100mg T, which is Lamotrigine. It's used to treat epilepsy and stabilize mood in bipolar disorder by calming overactive nerve signals in the brain. I've read about some serious side effects, like allergic reactions, kidney problems, and even something called HLH. Has anyone else taken this medication? What was your experience? How long did it take to see any improvements? I'm really torn because I need to manage my seizures, but I'm also scared of the side effects. Any advice on managing these would be appreciated! And hey, if you've had a positive experience, let me know what that was like too. Thanks!

If you are struggling to swallow the pills, ask your doctor about a liquid form. It can help with dosing and using a syringe might be easier. Additionally, drinking a full glass of water with each dose can help with the side effects too. Just a couple of tips.

I've heard some people say it helps with their anxiety too, but that's not a common side effect or intended effect. Anyone else experience that?

It took me about six months to feel a significant improvement in my seizures. Sticking with it might be tough, but it could be worth it in the long run. Hang in there!

Lamotrigine is commonly prescribed to patients with epilepsy and mood disorders like bipolar, so it's good to hear you got some insightful suggestions on how to monitor the side effects, but it's crucial to monitor your liver regularly.

Good luck! I hope it works out for you, if you do end up getting down want to consider CBD oil to help with the side effects. Of course, consult a doctor first, but it's worth considering.
