I've been using the Sumadan Xlt 9-4.5% Kit for the past month to treat my stubborn acne and seborrheic dermatitis. The kit includes a medication with sulfur and sulfacetamide, which has been helping to reduce bacteria and shed dead skin cells. It also comes with a sunscreen to protect my skin from the sun, which is a great added benefit. I've noticed a significant improvement in my skin's appearance and texture. However, I've also experienced some dryness and itching, which are supposedly common side effects. I've been applying moisturizer regularly to combat this. I'm curious to know if anyone else has had similar experiences with this medication. Has anyone experienced any of the more serious side effects? How have you managed them? Are there any tips you can share for using this kit effectively?

Be careful with this stuff. I had a friend who ended up with a really bad rash. They had to go to the hospital. I've been trying to stay away from any medication with sulfacetamide since then.

I was prescribed this by my doctor for my dermatitis, but I'm a bit concerned about the serious side effects. Anyone had any issues like that? I'm not sure if it's worth the risk.

I used this and it left my skin feeling like a desert. I'm sticking to benzoyl peroxide from here on out.

I've tried so many things, but this kit actually showed some results. Just don't forget the sunscreen, it's very important.

I've been using Sumadan Xlt for a few weeks and have noticed a significant improvement in my acne. The included sunscreen is a huge plus. Just be careful with the application. I found that applying a thin layer and letting it absorb for a bit before washing my face with a gentle cleanser works best. It can be a bit drying, but moisturizing regularly helps a lot.

This kit has been a game-changer for my acne! I've been using it for two months now, and my skin has never looked better. I did have some initial irritation, but it went away after a week. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully and use the sunscreen religiously.

Has anyone else experienced any long-term effects from using this medication? I'm a bit worried about any potential issues down the line.

I had to stop using it because of severe dryness. My skin felt like it was burning. I'm not sure if it was worth the hassle, but I did notice some improvement before the side effects kicked in.

I've been using it for a month now and the only side effect I've noticed is mild itching. It's manageable, though. I'm just glad my acne is clearing up.
