Suffering through another cluster headache right now. Anyone have any practical advice for making injections less painful? I hate those.
I've had some weird skin discoloration and tingling in my hands. I called my neurologist and they ran some tests. Turns out, it was just a mild reaction to the meds. Got off Sumatriptan after that. Yikes!
Just started on Sumatriptan. The dizziness and flushing are making me nervous. Is it worth talking to your doctor to see if there's a different dosage that might reduce side effects?
No side effects for me. Just make sure you're not on any other meds that can interact badly with Sumatriptan, like other triptans or SSRIs.

I was hospitalized for a severe allergic reaction: rash, hives, and swelling of the tongue. Turns out they can be fatal if not treated right away. I had to switch meds.
