I was recently prescribed Vasotec 2.5mg Tablets by my doctor to help manage my high blood pressure. I've heard a lot about ACE inhibitors and how they work, but I'm curious to know more about others' experiences with this specific medication. How has it worked for you? Have you encountered any side effects, and if so, how did you manage them? Additionally, is it okay to take Vasotec with other medications like diuretics? Can anyone share their insights? Thanks!

I had to switch from Vasotec to a different medication because of a persistent cough that just wouldn't go away. It was frustrating, but my doctor was great about finding a suitable alternative.

Feeling so much better on Vasotec! Never thought I'd say that about a medication. My blood pressure is finally under control. Just be patient with the initial side effects, and it should get better with time.

I've been on Vasotec for a few months and haven't experienced any serious side effects. It's definitely helped lower my blood pressure, and I'm grateful for that. Just make sure to keep an eye on your potassium levels and report any unusual symptoms to your doctor.

I've been on Vasotec for about a year now, and it's been a game-changer for my blood pressure. I had some initial dizziness, but it went away after a few weeks. Just make sure to stay hydrated and avoid sudden movements if you feel lightheaded.

I haven't had any major side effects, but I did notice some mild dizziness. I've heard that taking Vasotec with diuretics can sometimes lead to lightheadedness, so make sure you stay hydrated and discuss any concerns with your doctor.

Don't forget to report any side effects to the FDA. It's important for them to know how these medications affect people in the long run.

I switched to Vasotec from another ACE inhibitor and noticed a significant difference in my blood pressure readings. However, I did experience a persistent cough, which was quite annoying. My doctor advised me to stick with it for a few weeks to see if it settles down, and it eventually did.
