I switched to this from another factor VIII replacement and it was a lot slower to start working at first. No side effects, but it does take time to build up the protein in your system. I had to be patient and stick with it.
I've heard that some people have had issues with infections, so make sure to keep an eye out for any unusual symptoms. It's always better to be safe and contact your doctor if you notice anything out of the ordinary. Everyone needs to stay vigilant.
I had a bit of flushing and dizziness when I first started, but it went away after a few days. If it's manageable and not getting worse, it might be a temporary side effect to keep an eye on.
Has anyone experienced the allergic reactions? I'm a bit worried after reading the side effects.
For me, the Headache was the worst, but it went away after a month. Just had to tough it out. It was annoying, but I'm feeling better now, and so far, the treatment is worth fighting through that.
Just started Hemofil M and feeling a bit tired and weak. Is this normal? Or should I be concerned?
