I've been taking Synjardy XR for a few months now to manage my type 2 diabetes, and I've had a mix of experiences. On one hand, my blood sugar levels have improved significantly, and I feel more energetic. However, I've also experienced some side effects that I wasn't expecting. I've had occasional nose or throat irritation, which is mildly annoying, and some stomach upset, which I've managed with over-the-counter remedies. But I've also had a few concerning symptoms like feeling very tired and dizzy, which I know can indicate a potential electrolyte issue, and I've been worried about the possibility of kidney problems. Is anyone else taking Synjardy XR and dealing with these issues? What are your experiences, and how have you managed them? Should I be more proactive in contacting my doctor about these side effects, even if they are less severe than the ones listed as urgent? I'm eager to hear everyone’s thoughts and experiences. Please share your insights and advice.

I think it's crucial to stay on top of your regular check-ups and blood tests. I've been monitoring my kidney function, and it's been stable so far. But I definitely wouldn't want to skip any appointments. Blood tests have been especially important to ensure the combo med does not have unexpected side effects.

Anyone else notice more frequent urination? It's a bit of a hassle, but worth it for the better blood sugar control.

I've only been on it for a couple of weeks, but I'm not sure if it's working for me. My blood sugar levels haven't changed much, and I've been feeling really tired all the time. Is it normal to feel this way at first? Or should I talk to my doctor about switching medications?

I've been really impressed with how well Synjardy XR has worked for me. I've had some side effects, but they've been minor compared to the improvement in my blood sugar control. I've also noticed that I feel more energetic and less fatigued during the day. Just make sure to report any unusual symptoms to your doctor, even if they seem minor.

Be careful with Synjardy XR and UTIs. I had a really bad infection earlier this year and I was in the hospital for a week. The doctor said it was likely because the medication changes the pH of your urine. Now I keep a closer eye on any burning sensations or changes in my urine, and I report them right away.
