I've been using Taclonex Ointment for about a month now, and I've had some mixed experiences. On one hand, it's been great for my plaque psoriasis, but on the other hand, I've had some side effects that are pretty concerning. I've noticed some skin irritation and even a bit of hair growth where I applied it. Has anyone else experienced these side effects? Do you think it's worth it to make an appointment with my dermatologist? I've been reading about some of the more serious side effects like high blood sugar and Cushing's syndrome, and I'm not sure how worried I should be. I would love to hear from anyone else who has been on this medication for a while.

I had some skin irritation too, but my doctor said it's pretty common. Just make sure you're not using too much at once. Stick to the recommended amount and give it a few more weeks to see if it gets better.

I had some hair growth too. It was weird at first, but it didn't bother me too much. Just make sure you're applying it to the right areas and not letting it get on nearby skin.

Have you talked to your doctor about alternative treatments? There are other topicals and even systemic treatments that might work for you.

I'm glad I found this thread. I've been worried about the side effects too, but it's reassuring to know I'm not alone. I'll definitely talk to my doctor about my concerns.

I had the weirdest rash after using this stuff. Definitely worth talking to a doctor about other options.

I had to stop using it because of severe headaches. My doctor switched me to something else, and I've been doing much better.

I've been using it for 6 months and haven't experienced any side effects at all. Maybe you just need to adjust the dosage?

Cushing's syndrome is a scary side effect. Please, if you notice symptoms, don't wait - go to the doctor immediately.
