I've been using Taclonex Suspension for about a month now to treat my plaque psoriasis, and I wanted to share my experience. The combination of calcipotriene and betamethasone seems to be helping with the redness and itching, but I've had some mild irritation where I applied it. Has anyone else tried this, and if so, what was your experience? I'm also curious about the long-term effects and if anyone has dealt with any serious side effects? The list of possible side effects is quite long, and it's a bit worrisome.

I'm on my third tube and haven't noticed any serious side effects. Just some mild skin irritation. I've heard the FDA has a hotline for reporting side effects, I wonder if anyone has had to use it? I would report any major side effects there.

I've been using Taclonex for a while and I'm not seeing or feeling any side effects. I think it's worth trying if you're struggling with psoriasis. My issue with it is the amount, 60gm seems a bit too limiting. Maybe you have to apply it thinly enough that you don't run out too quickly?

I've been using it for a few months and have seen a huge improvement. Just be careful with the application, I found it helped to apply more thinly than I initially thought would be effective

I had a reaction to the calcipotriene in this. Switched to something with just betamethasone and it's been fine so far. I think the calcipotriene is what caused the skin changes.
