I've been using Tacrolimus 0.03% Ointment for a few weeks now to treat my eczema, and I've noticed some improvements, but I'm also experiencing some side effects. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this medication. What side effects have you experienced, and how have you managed them? I'm particularly concerned about the urgent side effects listed and wonder if anyone has had to seek medical attention. Also, does anyone have tips on how to maximize the effectiveness of this ointment? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Been using it for a month now, and the only side effect I've had is a bit of skin irritation. It's not too bad, but it's noticeable. I wish the instructions were clearer on how to apply it. I've been putting on a thin layer twice a day like recommended, but am I supposed to rub it in? I just sort of pat it on gently. It's a bit confusing.

I've heard this can be really effective, but is anyone else worried about the potential kidney problems? I know it's rare, but it's still scary to think about.

I use this for my eczema, and I love it. It's definitely worth a try. Not everyone has to deal with the side effects. However, the cost is a bit high, and my insurance doesn't cover it fully. Has anyone found any good coupons or discounts for this?

I'm on my third week of using Tacrolimus, and I've had no side effects so far, but I have noticed a change in my skin's sensitivity to heat. It's like my skin is more aware of temperature changes, but it's not too bad. I just make sure to keep my home at a comfortable temperature. My eczema has improved so much that I'm willing to deal with this minor pain.

I've been on Tacrolimus for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for my eczema. The initial redness and itching really calmed down, but I did experience some skin tingling and irritation at first. It was uncomfortable, but my doctor assured me it was normal and should subside, which it eventually did.
