I've been using Tacrolimus 0.1% Ointment for a few weeks now to treat my eczema, and I've noticed a significant reduction in itching and redness. However, I've also experienced some skin irritation, which has me a bit concerned. Has anyone else had this issue? Are there ways to mitigate the side effects? I've read that it's not a steroid, which is great, but I want to make sure I'm using it correctly. Any tips or advice would be appreciated! It's also got serious side effects but I'm not sure if I need to worry, anyone who has been through this?

Be careful with this stuff. I had a bad reaction to it and ended up with some nasty rashes. Might be worth talking to your doctor about alternative treatments if you're experiencing irritation.

I've been using it for a year now, and while it's not a miracle cure, it's definitely helped manage my eczema better than any steroid cream I've tried. The application is a bit thick and messy, but it's not a big deal.

I've been using Tacrolimus for a few months now, and it's been a mixed bag. The good news is that my eczema is much better controlled. The bad news is that I've had some flu-like symptoms. My doctor said it could be related, but it's not a major issue. I'd keep an eye on that.

I've been using this ointment for about a month now, and it's been a game-changer for my eczema. The initial skin irritation was tough, but it faded after a week. Make sure to apply it thinly and consistently. It's a bit pricey, but worth it if it works!

This stuff is a lifesaver. I've had eczema for years, and this is the first thing that's actually made a difference. The side effects are worth it.

I tried this for a week and it didn't do anything for me. I switched to hydrocortisone cream and my eczema cleared up. Just goes to show that everyone's skin reacts differently.

Anyone know if it's safe to use this while pregnant? I've heard conflicting information, and my doctor hasn't given me a clear answer.
