Tadalafil 20mg Tablets: My Experience with Erectile Dysfunction (ED), Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) and Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension - What side effects to expect?
I was prescribed Tadalafil 20mg tablets for BPH and ED. The doctor explained that Tadalafil helps relax muscles in the prostate and bladder to improve urinary flow and increase blood flow to the penis for an erection. I was also surprised to find out that it has benefits for pulmonary arterial hypertension. I'm curious to hear from others about their experiences with Tadalafil, especially any side effects they may have encountered. Also curious what patients with PAH experience with this drug. The side effects listed seem quite serious, has anyone experienced any of these long term?

I started taking Tadalafil a few weeks ago and I've noticed some heartburn and upset stomach on occasions. I can't tell if it's the Tadalafil or just me. But it's not bad. The benefits to my BPH and ED have been great.
My cousin takes this for PAH and she said it’s made a huge difference in her daily functioning. The side effects are a downside but she said it’s worth it for her life improvement.
I take Tadalafil for PAH. It was a rocky start as I really didn't know what to expect; and no one in my family or friend circle had experience with this drug. It's made a big difference, but I've had some back pain and muscle aches. My doctor said these are common side effects and should go away eventually. Fingers crossed!
I was nervous about trying Tadalafil, but it’s been much better than I expected. No serious side effects so far. Just a bit of flushing, but that's gone away.
I think it's important to note that serious side effects are rare. I've been taking Tadalafil for over a year now and haven't had any major issues. Just the occasional headache. I think it's worth a shot if you're struggling with ED or BPH. But definitely talk to your doctor about your medical history first to make sure there are no risks.
I've been on Tadalafil for a while now and it's been a game-changer for my BPH. The urinary flow has improved significantly, and the ED is much better managed. I did experience some flushing and headaches initially, but they subsided after a few weeks. Overall, it's been a positive experience.
Side effects are real. I had a painful erection that lasted over 4 hours once. It was terrifying. I had to go to the ER and they told me this was a medical emergency. My doctor suggested using Tadalafil no more than once every 24 hours. I've been careful since and haven't had any issues.
How long does it take for the side effects to go away? I've only been on it for a couple of weeks but I'm already experiencing some irritation.
Anyone else experience a stuffy nose? It's been the worst for me.
