I've been taking Tadalafil 5mg Tablets for about three months now to manage symptoms of BPH. I wish my urologist would have mentioned the possible side effects in greater detail before I started taking this medication. I have been experiencing some minor side effects, but I want to focus on awareness as the most dangerous side effects can be life-threatening. I want to start a discussion about the different side effects out there, especially the urgent ones. How many of you know about Stevens Johnson syndrome? I would be interested in learning more about the most dangerous side effects from those who have experienced them. I would love to hear more from others who have had experiences, even if only positive ones, and I am also very eager to share my own story, but NOT with the intention of scaring anyone away. What are your experiences?

Stevens-Johnson syndrome is no joke. I had a friend who ended up in the hospital with it after taking Tadalafil. It was scary stuff. He had red, swelling skin, irritated eyes, and sores in his mouth. Be careful out there, folks

I've heard of people having painful erections for way too long. That's something I'm definitely staying away from! I know I can get medical attention if it happens, but I would rather not find out in the first place

Seriously, if you experience a hard penis for over 4 hours, it can lead to permanent sexual dysfunction. Definitely not worth it. Seek emergency medical attention if it happens. I didn't know this before, and I was shocked when I read it. I am glad I am more aware now

Tadalafil has been a lifesaver for my ED, but the first time I took it, I got a massive headache and some chest pain. I thought I was having a heart attack! Turns out it was just the medication. I called the ER immediately. Luckily, everything turned out fine. I'm just glad I didn't put it off

I’ve had a few instances where it felt like I might be having an allergic reaction, but it turned out to be a false alarm. It's still scary, and I always keep my doctor updated. I hope that others are aware of these side effects and the potential for danger. This thread is important and should be promoted more

I switched from Viagra to Tadalafil and noticed a significant difference in the side effects. Tadalafil seemed to have less flushing and fewer headaches but a little more heartburn. I am very thankful that my recent physical shows no signs of the severe side effects

I've been on Tadalafil for a while now, and honestly? My main issue is the flushing. I look like a tomato after taking it. It's embarrassing, but at least it’s not life-threatening. I am just happy that all the more dangerous side effects have not happened yet

I've been taking Tadalafil for ED, and it's been a game-changer. No major side effects here, just some mild headaches occasionally. But I agree, more awareness about the severe side effects is crucial

I started taking Tadalafil a few weeks ago and have had some pretty bad back pain. I've also experienced a stuffy nose a few times. I called my doctor, and they said it could be related to the medication. I am not sure if I want to keep taking it. What do you think?
