Taking Eskalith-CR 450mg Tablets for Bipolar Disorder: My Experience and Questions
I've been prescribed Eskalith-CR 450mg Tablets to help manage my bipolar disorder. It's been a game-changer in stabilizing my mood, but I've had some concerns and questions about side effects. Has anyone else experienced any of the serious side effects listed, and how did you handle them? Also, any tips on managing the more common side effects? I'm particularly curious about the long-term effects and whether anyone has had to adjust their dosage frequently. Any insights or shared experiences would be incredibly helpful.

I had to switch to a different medication because the Eskalith-CR was causing me some crazy mood swings and memory problems. It was just too much for me to handle, even with the benefits of managing my bipolar. Maybe you should consult your doctor about switching to a longer-release tablet, it might help with the side effects. Hang in there!
I was on Eskalith-CR for a year and had to stop because of the side effects. The biggest problem I encountered was kidney stones. My doctor told me that while Eskalith is an excellent mood stabilizer, it puts a lot of stress on your kidneys. I'm not sure if it's worth it for me.
I've been on this for a while and have noticed some weight gain, but it's a small price to pay for the stability it gives me. Make sure to get regular blood tests to monitor your lithium levels. It's not something to mess around with.
I've been on Eskalith-CR for a few years now, and it's made a huge difference in my life. I did experience some dizziness and stomach issues at first, but they went away after a couple of months. Just make sure to stay hydrated and take it with food.

It's a small thing, but it really helps.

Who else is a big fan of random weight loss/gain? I've been on this for 4 years and it's like playing a game where you don't know what weight you're going to wake up at every morning. But it's all worth it.
