I've been struggling with dandruff and scalp irritation for a while now, and my doctor recommended Tarsum Shampoo 236ml. It's a coal tar shampoo that's supposed to help with conditions like dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, and psoriasis. It works by slowing down the growth of skin cells and reducing itching, flaking, and inflammation. I've heard mixed reviews about it, so I thought I'd give it a try and share my experience. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and while it's too early to tell if it's completely cured my issues, I've noticed some improvements. The downside is that the smell is pretty strong, and I've had a bit of scalp irritation that I hope goes away with continued use. Has anyone else tried this shampoo? I'd love to hear your experiences, especially if you've had any serious side effects. The possible side effects listed are quite scary, but hopefully, most of us won't experience them.

My doctor recommended this to me for seborrheic dermatitis, I hope I don't end up with some life-threatening side effects like the ones described.

I'm scared to try it after reading the side effects. I have a history of allergies.

I tried this and had a lot of irritation and itching. It was awful. Might have been an allergic reaction.

I've been using Tarsum for months and it's been a game-changer for my psoriasis. No more flaky scalp! Definitely recommend it.

It smells terrible but I can handle it. Been using it for months and my scalp looks a lot better.

The scent reminds me of burning tires... just sticking with something else.

Has anyone tried using it with a conditioner? The smell is so strong it's hard to stand.
