I recently started taking Taytulla Capsules 28s for birth control, and while it's been effective so far, I've noticed some side effects that have me a bit worried. The packaging says it helps prevent iron deficiency, which is great, but I've been experiencing headaches and some spotty bleeding. I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or if there are tips to manage these side effects. Also, I'm curious about the long-term effects of taking this medication, especially considering the potential for liver problems and gallbladder issues which seem quite scary. Has anyone else dealt with this, and if so, how did you handle it? I want to make sure I'm making an informed decision about my birth control method.

I haven't had any serious side effects, just some mild cramps during the iron pill days, also, I've noticed my skin looks better, weird how that works! It's worth considering that everyone's body reacts differently to medication. Keep a log of your symptoms and talk to your doctor if you're concerned.

I switched from a different birth control pill to Taytulla and noticed a lot less bloating. The iron pills are a plus for me, but I did experience some nausea at first. It went away after a few weeks, though, so maybe give it some time.

I'm curious about this too. My doctor mentioned that Taytulla has a lower dose of estrogen compared to some other pills, which might help with side effects, but I'm still a bit worried. Has anyone else had issues with depression or other mood changes?

Headaches are common with hormonal birth control. Have you tried taking an over-the-counter pain reliever or drinking plenty of water? Also, make sure you're not skipping any pills, as that can cause spotting. If it doesn't get better, you might want to talk to your doctor about trying a different method. I switched to an IUD and it's been a game-changer.

Make sure you're using a reliable backup method if you miss a pill. It can mess with the efficacy. Also, don't smoke while on hormonal birth control. It increases your risk of blood clots, and that really is a nightmare. Trust me, I've had a friend who developed a blood clot, it's pretty serious.

I had some pretty bad headaches and breakthrough bleeding for the first three months. My doctor recommended taking the pills at the same time every day, and it seems to have helped. I haven't had mood issues, but I do get restless if I miss a pill.
