I've been using Tazorac 0.1% Gel for about three months now to treat my psoriasis. It's been a game-changer in terms of reducing inflammation and controlling skin cell growth. I apply a thin layer to the affected areas once a day, usually in the evening as recommended. However, I've experienced some side effects that I wasn't fully prepared for. I've had some skin irritation, including burning and dryness, which can be quite uncomfortable. I've also noticed some redness and peeling, which can be a bit embarrassing. I've read about the urgent side effects, like allergic reactions, but I've been lucky to avoid those. I'm curious to hear from others who have used Tazorac—what side effects have you experienced, and how have you managed them? Has anyone tried other topical treatments before switching to Tazorac, and if so, how does it compare? Let's share our experiences and tips to help each other out.

I've heard that some people experience more severe side effects like allergic reactions, anyone have any tips on spotting them early?

For those of you dealing with redness and peeling, try to avoid hot showers and harsh soaps. It can really help reduce the irritation.

I've been using Tazorac for about a year now, and while the initial side effects were tough, my psoriasis is now under control. I've definitely seen a huge improvement in my skin overall.

My dermatologist warned me about the burning sensation, but it was still tough to deal with at first. Now, I apply the gel and then spread coconut oil over the treated areas.

Has anyone tried to use this and other treatments at the same time? I read somewhere that it might not be effective.

I didn't realize how tough the side effects could be. I stopped using it after a week because the irritation was too much.
