Hello everyone, I'm starting Tecentriq (Atezolizumab) 1200/20 Inj, 20ml for lung cancer treatment. I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. Has anyone else gone through this and can share their experiences? Specifically, I'm curious about managing the more serious side effects like lung problems or allergic reactions. The information online is overwhelming, and I'd love to hear from people who have been through it. Thanks in advance!

I've been on Tecentriq for about 6 months now. The first few weeks were tough with fatigue and nausea, but it got better. Stay hydrated and listen to your body. And yes, the side effects list is scary, but my oncologist said the chances of the severe ones are low.

This is a tough one. I had a friend who had to stop because of severe skin reactions. It's serious stuff, so be vigilant. And keep your doctor in the loop about everything, no matter how small it seems.

Hang in there! I was on Tecentriq for my lung cancer too. The worst part for me was the fatigue, but it's manageable. Definitely talk to your doctor about any concerns, they're there to help!

I've heard of some pretty bad side effects. But also some really positive outcomes. Hang in there and stay strong!
