Has anyone tried using a lower dose and seeing if that helps with the side effects? I'm thinking of asking my doctor about that.
I've had memory issues. For example, I would forget what I was doing or where I was. I think it was worth the risk for the sleep, and the memory problems went away after I stopped taking it, but I would be nervous to do it again.
I've had some really bad experiences with Temazepam. I remember waking up in the middle of the night and driving to the store and not recalling it the next day. It's freaky stuff. I had to stop taking it because of that.
