Temazepam 22.5mg Capsules: My Experience and Concerns
I was prescribed Temazepam 22.5mg Capsules for insomnia, and while it helps me fall asleep, I've been experiencing some concerning side effects. Has anyone else had issues like this? I've been feeling really groggy the next day, and last night I woke up and had no idea where I was or what I was doing. It's also been affecting my memory, and I'm worried about it affecting my job. I've read about some serious side effects, and I'm not sure if I should continue taking it or talk to my doctor. I've been taking it for about a month now. I'd appreciate any advice or shared experiences. I am also concerned about the potential for addiction

I've heard some scary things about Temazepam. I'm not sure I'd want to take it. It's supposed to make you sleepy. I've never heard of a seizure. I'd be scared.
I'm so sorry to hear that. I had a bad reaction to this drug too, but the worst part was not being able to sleep at all. I felt like I was going crazy. It's a scary experience.
I've been on Temazepam for a few months now and I've had similar experiences. Mine got so bad that I actually ended up in the ER at 3am because my boyfriend had to call an ambulance. It was scary. I was out cold, completely unresponsive. Do talk to your doctor, but please tell them about the ER story if it gets that bad.
I've been taking Temazepam for years and have never had any issues. Maybe it's just not the right medication for you?
I had the same problem with memory loss. It was so bad at one point that I'd forget where I parked my car at work. I switched to Ambien and it's been much better for me. Maybe give that a try.
Temazepam is such a strong drug, I'm not surprised you're having problems. Maybe try reducing the dosage. I've known people to take half a pill. It's worth a shot. It's all about what your body can handle.
