I've been prescribed Temazepam 30mg capsules for short-term insomnia treatment. The medication works by calming brain activity, which helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. However, I'm concerned about the possible side effects. Has anyone else taken this medication and experienced any serious side effects? How do you manage them? Also I am having trouble finding any info on long term effects.

I used Temazepam for a few weeks and it worked well for me. I didn't experience any serious side effects, just a bit of dizziness sometimes. Make sure you're careful though - don't drive or operate heavy machinery after taking it.

I've heard horror stories about people doing things like eating or talking while not fully awake. Everyone should be aware of those risks.

Seriously, if you're considering this medication, talk to your doctor about all the risks. Don't just read the pamphlet and assume you're good to go.

I've taken Temazepam before and it helped me sleep, but I felt really groggy the next day. Make sure to give yourself enough time to sleep it off! Otherwise the side effects seemed minimal.

I think it's important to remember that everyone's body reacts differently to medication. What works for one person might not work for another. Always consult with your doctor and be honest about any symptoms you're experiencing. Oh, and good luck with sleep.

I had a friend who took Temazepam and started sleepwalking. It was so scary - he wouldn’t remember anything in the morning. I think it’s important to be aware of these kinds of side effects and talk to your doctor about them.

Temazepam helped me sleep, but it made me feel terrible the next day. I had a really hard time focusing and just felt out of it all day. Not worth it for me.
