I've recently started taking Temozolomide 100mg Capsules for a brain tumor and want to hear from others who have gone through the same experience. What side effects did you encounter, and how did you manage them? Here's a brief rundown of potential side effects. There's a lot more to consider, so I'd love to hear your stories. For instance, the drug can cause a wide range of side effects, from hair loss to more serious issues like seizures or signs of severe liver problems. It's definitely a lot to take in, so I'm looking for real-world advice and insights.

The hardest part for me was the loss of appetite. I had to force myself to eat, but it was worth it to keep my strength up. It’s tough, but you can do it.

I wish I had known about the potential for mood changes. It was a rough journey, and having my family super supportive was key to keeping my spirits up. I did have some weird dreams too, so keep that in mind!

I had a rare allergic reaction to Temozolomide. It was scary, but luckily I got to the hospital in time. If you experience any of the severe side effects, don't wait—get help immediately.

Side effects are rough, but Temozolomide really helped with my tumor. Just make sure you have a good support system in place.

How long did it take for your side effects to go away after you stopped taking the drug? I'm starting to feel anxious about what comes next.

My mouth sores were the worst! I had to use a special mouthwash and it actually helped a lot. Stick with it, guys. We can beat this!

Be ready for the possibility of a weakened immune system! I ended up with a nasty infection and had to go to the ER a couple of times. It’s important to be vigilant and report any unusual symptoms immediately.

I had a few pretty bad headaches that wouldn't go away. Turns out it was from the drug and my doctor adjusted the dosage and it got better. Hang in there!
