I've been taking Temozolomide 20mg Capsules for the past few months as part of my treatment for glioblastoma. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this medication. What side effects have you experienced, and how have you managed them? I've had some trouble with nausea and fatigue, but I'm hoping to hear from others who might have some tips. Also, has anyone else noticed any improvements in their condition while taking this medication?

I wish the side effects weren't so hard, but knowing that it's helping fight the tumors makes it worth it. Just take it one day at a time, folks.

This stuff is no joke. But it's what we have to do. Just remember, every step forward is progress

I had a really severe allergic reaction to Temozolomide. It was scary, but I'm glad I sought medical help right away. I had to switch to a different treatment. Be careful, folks, and know the signs. This stuff is no joke.

I've heard that Temozolomide can cause some serious liver issues. Anyone else worried about this? I've been monitoring my liver enzymes closely.

I've been really struggling with the side effects. I had a fever that just wouldn't go away, and I had to go to the ER. They said it was a sign of infection, and I had to get antibiotics. Scary stuff.

I've noticed some weird tingling sensations in my hands and feet. Has anyone else experienced this? It's really uncomfortable.

I've had a lot of hair loss, but it's manageable. I've also noticed some changes in taste, which has made eating a bit challenging. But the biggest issue for me has been the mood changes. It's important to have a good support system during this time.

I'm on my third round of Temozolomide and while it's tough, I've seen some improvement in my scans. Hang in there, everyone. It's a challenging journey, but every little bit helps.
