I recently started taking Temozolomide 250mg Capsules as part of my treatment plan for a brain tumor. The medication has been a critical part of my chemotherapy regimen, and I'm taking it in combination with radiation therapy. It works by damaging the DNA of cancer cells, which helps to slow or stop their growth. However, I've been experiencing some side effects, and I'm curious to hear from others who have gone through a similar treatment. The urgent side effects list is quite alarming, and I'm wondering if anyone else has dealt with any of these or has tips on managing them. The other possible side effects are also a concern, and I'm interested in hearing how others have coped with them. Overall, I'm hoping to find some support and advice from the community.

Temozolomide was a nightmare for me. I had seizures and had to stop taking it. It's so hard when the treatment is worse than the disease.

Stay hydrated! That's been the biggest help for me. Drinking lots of water and taking it easy has made the fatigue and headaches more bearable. Plus, my doctor gave me some medicine for the nausea.

I had some weird tingling in my hands and feet. It went away after a few weeks, but it was really unsettling.

I've been on Temozolomide for a few months now and have experienced some hair loss and nausea, but it's manageable. I found that eating small, frequent meals helps with the nausea, and a good wig helped me feel more confident about the hair loss. Fingers crossed I'll get back to my old self soon!

My mom was on Temozolomide, and she managed okay. She had some bad days, but the doctors helped her through it. Just take it one day at a time, I guess.

I wish someone had told me about the taste changes. I hated everything I ate for weeks, it was so bad.

Temozolomide is tough, but it's worth it if it works. Make sure to stay in close contact with your medical team about any side effects. They can adjust your doses or prescribe meds to help with things like nausea and fatigue.

Has anyone else had problems with memory loss? It's been a real struggle for me. Brain fog is no joke.
