I've been taking Tesamorelin (Egrifta SV) for a few months now to manage lipodystrophy, and I've noticed a significant reduction in my belly fat. However, I've also experienced some side effects like muscle pain and occasional flushing. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this medication. What were your experiences like? How did you manage the side effects? Were there any long-term benefits you noticed?

Anyone else notice a change in their blood sugar levels? I've been feeling more thirsty and hungry lately, and I'm not sure if it's related to the medication.

I had a severe allergic reaction to Tesamorelin. Symptoms included hives, itching and shortness of breath. I had to go to the ER immediately. Symptoms disappeared after stopping the drug and receiving treatment. I had the same thing once before with a different drug. Turns out, that I have a rare allergy to some types of peptides. So, be careful and listen to your body!

I wish I could have this medication prescribed to me; it has had such a good reputation. Have any of you considered asking your doctor about this med?

I had to stop Tesamorelin due to severe side effects. It's disappointing because it was working well for me. Has anyone else had to stop due to side effects, and if so, what did you switch to?

I've been taking Tesamorelin for about 6 months and have not experienced any side effects yet. I'm hopeful that it will continue to work for me without any issues. Fingers crossed! I think that it is worth doing for the long run.

I started Tesamorelin a few months ago and initially experienced a lot of flushing and muscle pain. I had to take it slow and increase dosage gradually under my doctor's guidance. But now it's manageable, and I can see some fat loss around my belly, plus I feel more energetic. It’s worth the effort for me as it’s my only noticeable option. The doctors know what they are doing when they prescribe this.

Remember, everyone's body reacts differently to medication. While some people might experience severe side effects, others might not have any at all. It's important to keep an open line of communication with your healthcare provider and report any issues immediately.

I've read that some people experience swelling and weight gain due to fluid retention. Has anyone else dealt with this? If so, how did you manage it?

I started Tesamorelin a few weeks ago and have been experiencing some pain and numbness in my hands. It's been quite uncomfortable. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to cope with it? I'm considering switching to a different medication.

I've been on Tesamorelin for about a year now and have seen great results, but I want to know if anyone else has experienced fluid retention.
