I've been taking Theophylline 450mg ER Tablets for about a year now to manage my asthma. My doctor prescribed it after trying a few other medications that didn't work as well. So far, it's been a game-changer in keeping my symptoms under control. The blood tests to monitor my levels can be annoying, but they're definitely necessary to make sure the dosage is just right. Has anyone else had a similar experience? The side effects listed are quite extensive, and I'm curious if others have experienced any of these. I’ve only had minor issues like trouble sleeping and a persistent headache, but nothing too severe. I want to get a better understanding of the long-term effects and any tips for managing side effects.

Theophylline has been a lifesaver for my COPD. I've had to deal with some nausea and vomiting, but my doctor adjusted the dosage and it's been much better. Just make sure to stay on top of your blood tests and communicate with your doctor about any side effects. It's also crucial to take it at the same time every day to maintain consistent levels in your system.

I've been on it for a few years and it's been great for me. Just be aware of the side effects and talk to your doctor if you experience anything unusual. Also, a good tip is to keep a log of your symptoms—it helps when you go for check-ups.

I switched to Theophylline after my inhaler wasn't working well anymore. It's been good, but I get upset stomach a lot. I've started taking it with food and that's helped a bit.

Theophylline is a strong medication and it works well for me. I've learned to manage the side effects by sticking to a routine and communicating with my doctor. Sometimes the nausea is tough, but it's worth it for the relief from my asthma symptoms. Just remember to be patient with yourself and listen to your body.

I’ve had trouble sleeping since I started this med. Has anyone found any good sleep remedies? I’m worried about getting dependent on sleep aids.

I’ve been really nervous about the side effects, especially the severe ones. Anyone else feel that way? I’ve been keeping a close eye on my symptoms and keeping in touch with my doctor.

I've been on Theophylline for about 6 months now. I've noticed some restlessness and feeling nervous, but nothing too bad. I've also had to be very careful with my diet and avoid things like caffeine. My doctor said it can interact badly with the medication.

Has anyone else experienced severe dizziness or fainting? I’ve had a couple of episodes and it’s scary. I’m going to talk to my doctor about adjusting the dosage.

Be careful with this one. I had a friend who ended up in the ER with an abnormal heartbeat. Turns out, his levels were too high. Make sure you're getting regular blood tests and listening to your doctor.
