I've recently been prescribed Sinemet CR 50-200mg Tablets for managing my Parkinson's symptoms. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? I'm interested in hearing about both the positive and negative effects you've experienced. Specifically, I'd like to know about any side effects, good or bad. What is the most helpful and advise i take it? How long did it take for the controlled release to stabilize your symptoms? Also, I've heard mixed things about the side effects. I'd appreciate hearing more about the serious ones and what you need to look out for. Any advice would be great.!

I've had some trouble with constipation and dizziness, but nothing too bad. My doctor said these are common and to just let her know if they get worse.

This stuff is a miracle worker! I've been on it for 3 years now and it's the only thing that works for me. I just make sure to stay on top of my doctor visits.

Has anyone else experienced hallucinations? I started seeing things that weren't there, and it was pretty scary. My doctor adjusted my dose, and it's better now, but it's something to watch out for.

I've been on Sinemet CR for about a year now, and it's been a game-changer for me. The controlled release really helps with keeping my symptoms in check throughout the day. My doctor had me try the regular Sinemet first, but the 'CR' version has been much better for managing my symptoms consistently.

Make sure to talk to your doctor about any mood changes. I started feeling really down and didn't think much of it at first. Turns out it was a side effect of the meds, and we had to adjust the dose.
