This medication is a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, it's a lifesaver. On the other, the side effects can be a bit rough. Just be prepared and stay in touch with your healthcare provider.
I've been on Thrombat III for a while and honestly, the side effects have been pretty manageable. I get some cramps, but nothing too bad. Just make sure to hydrate well and take it easy when you first start.
Did your doctor tell you exactly how long you'll need to be on this? I've heard it can be a lifelong thing for some people.
I had terrible stomach upset when I started. It got better after a few days though. Does anyone else have this?
I find that taking Thrombat III before bed helps with the dizziness. It gives my body time to adjust overnight, so I don't feel so off balance the next day.
